I am so energized that I found your recipe. I've to start a minimal iodine diet for two months and so hoping remain in ketosis though eliminating dairy, salt, and egg yolks is proving pretty challenging. That is a recipe I'm able to use and tastes wonderful. Thank you!!!Beth 0 February twenty, 2023R
